On a More Positive Note

I worked out FOUR times this week, getting in an hour of cardio each time!  Several weeks ago I promised myself in this post that if I did actually work out four times in a week, I could get a much-needed new pair of gym shoes.  Whoo hoo!  I will probably get them late this week.  Yippee!

Love the blog Liz. Sorry to hear about your car! Your attitude for weight loss is awesome! Check out the book "born to run" before you start running again. It seems a bit crazy but I've heard positive results.

Good for you! You deserve it. Plus I bet you'll be able to workout much better and find you can last longer too. Having good shoes makes a world of difference. :)
