I'm forgoing my beloved errands today to do a big house-cleaning. The poor shack has been much-neglected lately since I've been ultra-busy again. I might also have skipped errands today since they include the ww meeting and I would probably weigh-in at or over my start-weight from November '09...
The good news is I have successfully continued to only have Starbucks Frappucinos a couple times a week, yay me!
I'm off to continue cleaning, have a fab weekend.

@corletta, you caught me. yes... i was too chicken to go to ww and have to weigh in. even though the meetings help me. yes, i see the faulty logic there :)

Just wanted to share my recipe for a starbucks frapp.
1 scoop max protein
chocolate flavor (buy at GNC, it tastes like a Wendy's frosty)
1/2-3/4 cup cold coffee
handful ice
Mix in blender. You may need to adjust to your taste. This tastes very close to a frapp and it is around 120 calories and 2 grams of fat and 1 gram of sugar!!!!
